Nettle is the herb every herbalist returns to. We dry our own from a small forage plot outside Daylesford, cut early before the plant flowers, when the leaves are at peak mineral density. The brew is green and grassy with a faint sweetness on the finish. Drink it long, drink it often, and do not be surprised if you start to notice your nails before you notice the cup itself.
Most who drink nettle long also keep our lemon balm, yarrow on the shelf.
