Tulsi

Holy basil, dried whole leaf, a clove-warm afternoon cup.

Tulsi, grown by a small Indian-Australian family farm outside Mildura. The dried leaf carries the unmistakable clove-warm structure that distinguishes tulsi from any sweet basil. Brew eight minutes. Drink it on a cold afternoon when nothing else will do.
